Following on from their most recent price increase 6 months ago, BT have announced they will be increasing the cost of broadband and calls again from 2 April 2017. If you are a current BT customer you will shortly be receiving notification of this via a letter on 27th January.
However, those affected can likely leave their BT contract penalty-free as under Ofcom rules, any customer who is unhappy with the price changes on their contract has 30 days to opt out once they have been informed by BT.
