Following on from their most recent price increase 6 months ago, BT have announced they will be increasing the cost of broadband and calls again from 2 April 2017. If you are a current BT customer you will shortly be receiving notification of this via a letter on 27th January.
However, those affected can likely leave their BT contract penalty-free as under Ofcom rules, any customer who is unhappy with the price changes on their contract has 30 days to opt out once they have been informed by BT.
What are the likely rises from BT?
- Anytime calls up by 49p to £8.99 a month
- Broadband up by £2 a month
- Super-fast Infinity broadband up by £2.50 a month
How to avoid the BT price increases
To avoid future BT price hikes, which are highly likely considering there has been 3 over the last 16 months, you can seamlessly switch your broadband connection over to us and we will manage the whole process for you.
In addition to improved connectivity, lower monthly costs and a personal service, we guarantee to fix your broadband price for 36 months saving you the worry of future increases.
Our business telecoms packages are also something we’d love to discuss.
