Our Solution

We implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM to replace the existing administration system. Executing a phased rollout of the admin, underwriting and marketing modules to ensure minimal business disruption and maximum user adoption.

The Microsoft Outlook integration natively included in Microsoft Dynamics CRM meant the new system was easy to use and ensured staff were working efficiently by using a single, connected system.

Collecting all customer, policy and underwriting information into a single database means there is a single data store allowing marketing to report accurately and intelligently across the customer base. Using the power of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service (Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s reporting engine) means that the marketing department can automate complex milestone reporting to reward customers as they place defined numbers of policies over time.
