Business Central Consultant

Reporting to: Managing Director Location: London/Tunbridge Wells with regular client visits

The Role

Owing to our continued success, we now have an opening for an experienced Business Central Consultant to help built out a new delivery stream for Infinity Group. The role will entail pre-sales, gap analysis preparation along with the gathering and specification of customer requirements, development support, testing and customer training. The role will be supported by our existing PMO to ensure the right resources are available to support the required deliverables.

Main Duties

  • Delivering Business Central demonstrations to support the sales team
  • Helping to create proposals by providing statements of work and estimates
  • Running workshops with customers to gather requirements
  • Designing solutions for customers
  • Implementing Business Central
  • Extending Business Central
    Working with Customer Engagement consultants to design and build integrations with Business Central
  • Migrating customers from other platforms to Business Central

Areas of responsibility

  • Supporting customers testing Business Central
  • Training customers on how to get the most form Business Central
  • Working with our Business Improvement Manager to create repeatable delivery processes to increase the efficiency of Business Central implementations
  • Providing assistance to the service delivery team to help support customers
  • Working with the sales team to build knowledge of Business Central and develop sales strategies
  • Working with the marketing team to drive creation of marketing material
