We hold 11 prestigious Microsoft competencies and together our diverse team of IT Consultants and Service Desk Engineers are trained in the latest technology developments to ensure Infinity Group can recommend, implement, and manage the best solutions to support our clients’ businesses.

The Role

The Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Consultant will support the sales team, and process, by delivering high quality technical input, product demonstrations, and documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring proposals and tender responses are created to a high standard and work with the sales team to close deals, also working with the delivery team and Innovation Lab where required. You will run onsite and remote pre-sales engagements with customers, identifying pain points and proposing solution across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central along with the Power Platform and associated technologies, such as Azure.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing pre-sales input to the sales process
  • Identifying and documenting customers’ pain points, processes, and requirements
  • Designing target business applications solutions
  • Responding to RFPs and RFQs
  • Crafting high quality proposals, including estimates
  • Providing product demonstrations to customers
  • Mentoring sales team members to expand their product knowledge
  • Working with the Innovation Lab to define new product requirements
  • Providing thought leadership content to the marketing team

What you need to know…

  • A strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment
  • Experience solution seller
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels
  • Understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
