We hold 11 prestigious Microsoft competencies and together our diverse team of IT Consultants and Service Desk Engineers are trained in the latest technology developments to ensure Infinity Group can recommend, implement, and manage the best solutions to support our clients’ businesses.

The Role

  • Co-ordination of administrative tasks throughout customer support contract onboardings
  • Schedule project activities and resource planning
  • Business improvement through instigation of formal process and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products and services

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the transition from the customers existing support situation, to a managed service provided by the Infinity Group Service Desk
  • Work with Customer Account Manager, Service Initiation Manager and customer to document project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timescales
  • Identify project activities and resource needs together with subsequent resource planning process and tracking
  • Produce project documentation, including regular status reports
  • Coordinate and control all project activities including liaising with incumbent provider, other internal departments and with clients
  • Monitor progress on resource utilisation, timescales, and quality, adjusting plans accordingly
  • Ensure adherence to process, procedures, and good practice standards
  • Communicating progress with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Drive business improvements by reviewing and adapting the processes you are responsible for
  • Adhere to H&S and ISO requirements

What you need to know…

  • Experience assisting with small to medium sized IT projects, preferably Microsoft 365
  • Experienced in a customer support environment
  • Experience using MS Project or Planner
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Diary management for multiple colleagues
  • Knowledge of planning tools and techniques
  • Change control systems and procedures (preferable)
  • Performance tracking and progress reporting (preferable)
