Technical Pre Sales Consultant

We hold 11 prestigious Microsoft competencies and together our diverse team of IT Consultants and Service Desk Engineers are trained in the latest technology developments to ensure Infinity Group can recommend, implement, and manage the best solutions to support our clients’ businesses.

The Role

This role requires a skilled technical pre-sales consultant with experience Microsoft 365 modern work solutions, to work with our sales team defining proposals for our clients.

You will be responsible for responding to technical queries from the sales team, attending client meetings with account managers virtually or in-person and creating proposal documentation that outline solutions to defined problems, in-line with the Infinity Group product stack.

Main Duties

  • Technical presales. Supporting the sales team in defining the correct solutions for customers, in-line with our defined methodologies and unique product stack.
  • Meeting customers virtually or in-person to discuss pain points and build solutions to help solve them.
  • Creating proposal documentation that clearly articulates the client requirements for both sales and delivery teams
  • Defining strategy and formulating roadmaps
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to collate internal and external feedback, working with the CO to improve processes and product
  • Working under pressure and to deadlines

  • Microsoft Server operating systems, virtualisation, and clustering

  • Firewalls – Basic understanding of Watchguard & Cisco (Firepower & Meraki)

Personal Specification

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience designing and deploying solutions within Microsoft 365
  • Experience in a customer-facing role 
  • Presentation skills
