Recruitment Specialist

Reporting to: Head of HR
Location: London/Tunbridge Wells

The Role

This is an exciting role where you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to advising hiring managers, whilst building and maintaining a talent pool. Infinity Group has plans to grow 3-fold over the next 3 years, and this role will be pivotal to the company’s growth.

Duties and responsibilities

In-House recruitment (incl. internal)
  • Advertising and marketing all live and vacant roles across a level of platforms including social media and job boards
  • Headhunting passive candidates
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates through our interview process with the assistance of our key Managers and Directors in the business
  • Liaise with management and diarise interviews accordingly
  • Support candidates throughout their on boarding process to ensure a positive recruitment experience
  • Support other team members in onboarding and induction activities
  • Responsible for the selection and recruitment process
  • Monitor Careers inbox
  • Feedback to candidates
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of effective talent selection processes, including compliance with H&S, Employment and Data Protection laws, and company values
  • Responsible for relationship with recruitment agencies including fee negotiation, communication of expectations, candidate selection …
  • Work with external agencies (such as apprenticeship providers etc.) to support the selection, recruitment and induction of new employees
  • Carrying out External Benchmarking activities – Salaries and benefits
  • Contribute to Talent Management projects
  • Responsible for championing HR best practice in all areas of responsibilities

Required experience

  • Tech Resourcing experience – 2 years experience in agency/in house
  • Some experience of the full recruitment process including doing interviews
  • Essential – Commercial awareness – Able to negotiate with external agencies and candidates
  • Essential – Aware of recruitment best practice
