If you would like to set up a call divert request for your business, please complete the form below.

Please note this form is not to be used for normal IT Support related tickets, you must call 0345 450 4600 select option 1. It is only to log specific call divert change requests only in relation to the current Lockdown. Once you complete the form you will be contacted by an Engineer who will then make the amendments for you.

We will endeavour to accommodate timeframes, however due to high demand, an Engineer we will notify you of the anticipated timeframe to complete this request very shortly.
