We’re pleased to announce we’ve been awarded the new Copilot Advanced Specialisation by Microsoft!

This specialisation marks Infinity Group’s expertise in AI and Copilot across Modern Work (M365), Business Applications (Dynamics 365) and Security.

It also recognises our ability to support organisations looking to transform and scale their AI strategies and processes, with an emphasis on understanding customers better and improving experiences.

Partners who receive these specialisations demonstrate the highest standards for implementation of AI, as set out by Microsoft. Requirement criteria include passing technical assessments and meeting benchmarks for customer references and performance.

The specialisation is testament to the efforts and skills of our employees, who dedicate time to growing their knowledge across AI, Copilot and Agentic AI including attaining relevant certification and taking a hands-on approach to client deployment.

We plan to continue to lead in these areas, including responding to new Microsoft innovation and sharing best practices with our clients.

This marks Infinity’s fifth Advanced specialisation, sitting alongside our certification in Small and Midsize Business Management and Low Code Application Development, Sales and Service.

We have designations in all six of Microsoft’s solution areas, including Modern Work, Business Applications, Security, Data and AI (Azure), Infrastructure (Azure) and Digital and App Innovation (Azure). In 2025, we also were recognised as a member of Microsoft’s Inner Circle for the second year running.
