How do I get Microsoft Copilot Agents?

To get started with Copilot agents in Microsoft 365, you have a few options depending on your role and setup:

Use prebuilt Agents: If you have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, you can access agents like Researcher, Analyst, Employee Self-Service, and Skills directly in the Copilot Chat interface. Just go to the Agent Store in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, select “All agents”, and choose the ones you want to use
Install Agents: Admins can install Microsoft-built, partner-built or custom agents for their organisation via the Microsoft 365 admin centre. These can be pinned to the Copilot rail or made available in the Agent Store.
Build your own: If you’re looking to create a custom agent tailored to your workflows, you can use Copilot Studio to design, test and deploy agents that connect to your data and automate business processes.

How much do Copilot Agents cost?

Copilot Agents are available on a pay as you go basis, starting at £0.01 per message. Alternatively, they are available within a Copilot Studio license, at £153.80 per month for up to 25,000 messages.
