Infinity Group has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in 2024, marking the fifth award in just three years.

The award comes from Great Places to Work UK®, the global authority on workplace culture. 2024’s top workplaces were announced on Friday 15th March, and Infinity Group was awarded one of the best workplaces in the ‘Medium’ category.

The UK’s Best Workplaces™ list celebrates companies who offer dynamic, collaborative cultures that allow employees to feel secure and fulfilled at work while progressing their skills and careers.

The list is compiled based on anonymous surveys answered by real employees. The surveys ask employees to comment on several areas, including the work-life balance in their organisation, how much they trust their employer and their ability to fulfil their potential at work. It is also ranked based on employee’s daily experiences of innovation, leadership and company values across the organisation.

Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.

In Infinity Group’s results, particular emphasis was placed on employees feeling welcome and safe at work, as well as receiving the resources and responsibilities they need to thrive.
