They have an extensive client base in both corporate and individual finance. Located in Saint James’s in London and use the latest banking practices, underpinned by solid and deep-rooted values.

Our Solution

As an international bank where data needs to be at its most secure, our IT and Telecoms Consultants took over from incumbent supplier for 3rd Line Technical Support and installed Sophos/Intercept X as an Endpoint and Malware solution.

We also took over website hosting and domain name management. As well as this we installed and now support a Horizon telephone system throughout the company and as Jordan International Bank were due to be relocating shortly, it was imperative that they kept their existing telephone numbers.

Prior to the relocation, Infinity surveyed the new offices and installed CAT 6 structured cabling throughout. We then relocated all servers and networking equipment over the weekend ready for staff to be able to work on the Monday morning.

As with all our clients, Jordan International Bank also have the benefits of monthly account review meetings and quarterly IT Strategy meetings. Infinity are in the process of creating a 4-year roadmap for the client to allow for phased implementation of their roadmap and budget forecasting.
