What is Customer Zero?

Customer Zero is Infinity Group stepping into the ring and putting ourselves through our own transformation. After 25 years of growth, we’d built a business running on multiple systems, suppliers and disconnected data. It kept us moving, but not at the pace we needed to scale. Decision-making slowed, processes lacked rhythm and layering AI or automation on top risked adding weight, not strength.
