In October 2022, Microsoft made rolling changes to the way in which they classify partners. Making the move away from the Microsoft Partner Network, which saw the shift away from Gold and Silver Partner Statuses, into a new Cloud Partner Program. The Solutions Partner Designation measures Microsoft partners using a holistic framework, known as the partner capability score. This holds partners to account for technical capabilities and helps strive towards delivering constant innovation.
