Our standard IT Support cover is available 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. However, our contracts are flexible and we can also provide weekend and 24 hour IT Support cover. Every IT Support contract includes strict SLAs, unlimited remote support for all staff where they can speak directly to an engineer and a monthly performance report. All our IT Support contracts also provide a standard level of IT Security which includes proactive server, PC, Switches/Access Point/Router and Firewall monitoring and patch management. Each client is assigned an Account Manager to undertake quarterly review meetings to ensure your IT Strategy is kept on track.
