What’s included in our IT Support Contracts?

Our Business IT Support contracts provide a wealth of benefits. Standard IT Support cover is available 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however our contract hours are flexible and our Service Desk can also provide weekend and 24 hour IT Support cover for those customers who require it. Every IT Support contract includes unlimited remote support for all staff where they can speak directly to an Engineer. All our IT Support contracts adhere to strict, agreed SLAs and also provide a standard level of IT Security which includes proactive server, PC, Switches/Access Point/Router and Firewall monitoring and patch management. Each client is assigned an Account Manager to undertake quarterly review meetings to ensure your IT Strategy is kept on track.
