Infinity Support

Our large Service Desk provides remote support during office hours (8.30am – 5.30pm unless other hours are agreed) for all our clients and 24 hour Infinity Support for our larger clients. Our specialist IT & Telecoms Engineers can access your IT Infrastructure remotely to quickly rectify faults and can arrange an onsite visit if necessary.

Please note: All clients have access to our 24 hour Infinity Support service, this is a chargeable service if you do not have a 24 hour contract agreement with us. To access this service please call the number above or speak to your Account Manager to upgrade your contract.
