Infinity Group have been independently assessed by the British Assessment Bureau who are backed by UKAS to ensure our business processes and systems meet the requirements of all three ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Standards.
After a comprehensive two year project to ensure we met all the requirements of each Standard, Infinity Group were exceptionally proud to be awarded all three ISO certifications on 5th March 2018. The auditors were impressed with the leadership and culture within Infinity Group and our commitment to continual business improvement.
Our trio of ISO certifications demonstrates sustainable business practice and a high level of corporate governance. They are also now common place requirements of larger tenders that we are frequently invited to participate in.

What are the business benefits of the ISO Standards?
ISO 27001 is a Standard that describes best practice for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). ISMS is a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical and technical controls involved in Infinity Group’s information risk management processes. For us, the ISO 27001 certification demonstrates to our clients that we take Information Security very seriously. ISO 27001 assists with GDPR Compliance and ensures that our client data is kept secure and that we have a robust business continuity plan in place. It also demonstrates that as an IT Security company, we have significant protection in place relating to cyber security.
Our efforts in achieving ISO 9001 have enabled us to win several customer service related industry awards. ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard designed to improve business efficiency and customer service. Achieving this ISO certification has delivered a cultural change across the business in relation to customer service and streamlined internal processes. We are now equipped to continually improve our operational processes which reduces costs and enhances customer satisfaction. It has also improved stakeholders engagement and supply chain management process.
Achieving the ISO 14001 certification demonstrates our green credentials in line with our company values, it also demonstrates that we recognise and minimise our impact on the environment which we will apply to our new office build (planned for completion late 2018). The ISO 14001 is also attractive for clients looking to reduce the environmental impact of their supply chains.
