Our rapid implementation process

MONDAY

We’ll start with an initial call and then setup your new environments. We’ll setup both a production and a sandbox (test) instance along with the users and their security roles. We’ll also explain the  data migration templates so you can then complete them.

TUESDAY

You’ll need to populate all the data in the templates. This step is important so please don’t underestimate the effort you’ll need to make sure the data in your templates is correct. We’ll then import the data that you’ve provided into the test environment.

WEDNESDAY

We’ll arrange a call to walk your subject matter experts through an initial  training session to help them understand how your new Dynamics platform works and show them how to manage it. They’ll also be taught best practice tips once the new solution is live.

THURSDAY

You then have time to arrange for users to test out your new Dynamics platform and get used to using it for yourselves. You can rely on the new found knowledge of your SMEs and we will also be on hand if you have any further questions or queries.

FRIDAY

We’ll do the final data load into the production instance. Once the data has been loaded we’ll sit down with you and go through the launch checklist to make sure that everything is completed. Once that is done we can agree when is a good time to push it live.

Our offer doesn’t end there. On completion of the delivery of your chosen app your Managed Services Support Agreement will be activated. As well as break fix support our Managed Services Support Agreement also contains an inclusive number of consultancy hours each month that can be used as needed whether that be helping with user adoption, planning any further enhancements or training. Our Consultants can then work with you and your teams to further improve your working practices using the consultancy hours included in your Managed Services Support Agreement.
