What do our IT Support contracts include?

All our IT Support contracts include unlimited remote support for all assigned contacts. Regular on-site visits are also possible should they be required. All our IT Support contracts adhere to strict agreed SLAs and also provide a standard level of IT Security which often includes proactive server, PC, switches/access point/router/firewall monitoring and patch management.

Our standard IT Support contracts operate between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Contract hours are flexible and we also provide weekend and 24 hour IT Support cover to healthcare organisations such as care homes and hospices who require it.
