We provide a wide range of IT Support contracts to suit your business needs which provide three levels of cover, Basic, Standard and Advanced. We provide IT Support as standard within the hours of 7am- 7pm on weekdays with the option to upgrade to 24-hour cover if needed.
The main advantage of all our outsourced IT Support contracts is that all customers get unlimited remote support from our service desk, they can call us as many times as they like. They’ll also get to speak directly to an Engineer on the Service Desk when they call us to ensure their query is dealt with straight away.
We agree strict Service Level Agreements SLAs with each customer once they sign contracts which ensures they are adhered to and we provide the service level we promised. Each customer is assigned a dedicated Account Manager to assist with general account queries and to help them define and manage their IT Strategy going forward. This strategic service is not offered by all IT Support providers and our Account Managers are certified across the Microsoft Cloud to ensure they can provide customers with the technical knowledge as well as strategic Account Management services.
