What do our IT Support contracts include?
Our standard IT Support contracts run between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Contract hours are flexible and we also provide weekend and 24 hour IT Support cover for customers who require it.
All our IT Support contracts include unlimited remote support for all staff where they can speak directly to an engineer. All our IT Support contracts adhere to strict SLAs, also provide a standard level of IT Security which includes proactive server, PC, Switches/Access Point/Router and Firewall monitoring and patch management.
