What IT Services do we provide?

Our Outsourced IT Support Services are managed via our large ITIL Service Desk which provides 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Support. We have a transparent ticketing process where customers can log tickets via the telephone, client portal and by email, depending on the priority of the issue. We also provide a wide range of specialist IT Consultancy services for our larger Professional Service clients. These range from Digital Transformation, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Network Support Services.

What is included within our IT Support Contracts?

Our standard IT Support contracts run between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Contract hours are flexible and we also provide weekend and 24 hour IT Support cover for customers who require it.

All our IT Support contracts include unlimited remote support for all staff where they can speak directly to an engineer. All our IT Support contracts adhere to strict SLAs, also provide a standard level of IT Security which includes proactive server, PC, Switches/Access Point/Router and Firewall monitoring and patch management.
