What Dynamics 365 support levels do we offer?

We offer five Microsoft Dynamics 365 support packages to suit the wide variety of client needs. All our Dynamics 365 support packages in London include personalised dedicated consultancy time, administration of users, bi-annual reviews, resolution of broken functionality, named user support and use of online customer portal. The other specific benefits are listed below.

  • Bronze support package – max users 20 includes all services mentioned above
  • Silver support package – max users 50 includes all services mentioned above plus 2 hours ad hoc training or small enhancements
  • Gold support package – max users 100 includes all services mentioned above plus 3 hours ad hoc training or small enhancements and 1 add on. 
  • Platinum support package – unlimited users includes all services mentioned above plus 6 hours ad hoc training or small enhancements and 2 add ons.
  • Diamond support package – unlimited users includes all services mentioned above but all other services are fully tailored to your specific requirements.
