As a fast growing business with mass expansion plans, Palm Mason were specifically looking for IT Support and Dynamics 365 consultancy from a provider with global capabilities to work across all their branches worldwide. As a recruiter, Palm Mason rely heavily on CVs to populate candidate profiles. Managing the data of 1000’s of CVs was an arduous task. To integrate this data within Microsoft SharePoint their new database management system, we integrated a third party tool that auto added each CV as they were submitted.
With their current database setup proving unreliable and heavily reliant on third party database synchronisation tools. We fully customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage their legacy database system that was managing the data across five continents. With the new solution they were able to quickly monitor each branches performance with easy to use dashboards and real-time performance monitoring metrics. We implemented integrations with their finance platform enabling Microsoft Dynamics CRM to then showcase the pipeline and financial performance.
In addition to their IT requirements, Palm Mason were looking to greatly improve the quality of video conferencing and reduce their international call costs. Our Telecoms Consultants proposed our hosted telephony solution. With Horizon, Palm Mason are able to track and record calls, have a 99% uptime guarantee and excellent call quality and also integrate call data with their Dynamics CRM system.
Over the years, we have provided IT Consultancy to improve their infrastructure and network security and continue to provide IT Support to Palm Mason on an on-going basis.
