What do our IT Support contracts include?
All our IT Support contracts include unlimited remote support for all assigned contacts within your organisation. We understand the complex technology systems used within the hospitality sector and regular on-site visits are also possible should they be required. For added peace of mind and consistency, our IT Support contracts adhere to strict agreed SLAs which includes detailed response times.
IT Support contracts can also provide a standard level of IT Security eg. proactive server monitoring, PC, switches/access point/router, firewall monitoring and patch management.
Our Service Desk is open between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. However our support contract hours are flexible and we often provide weekend and 24 hour IT Support cover to those organisations who require it.
